		<description>What Vodafone is doing is not without reason. I operated in Pakistan and the incumbent PTCL there had exactly the same strategy. They alone were responsible for creating incentive for other players to step into the market. The net result is PTCL lost 50% of the market, the cost of bandwidth tumbled by more then 90% with 3 years, and PTCL has no prayer-in-hell.</description>
