The GISPA has re-opened the tender for 2STM1 due to the fact that GISPA has met some of the bidders and about to meet another based on request and would want to open the opportunity to meet others we have not met, anytime between now and the 15th of March 2009.

We also anticipate that the meetings may result in some need for changes in the proposal as some have indicated that the pricing submitted may be subject to change by end of this month.

We therefore extend the dealine for the RFP for 2STM1s to 15th March 2009 for any resubmissions and changes that you may want to make. In view of this, we are also going to open up the opportunity for some parties who have shown interested to submit bids.
